Lead Forensics
If you have a Lead Forensics account you can connect it to SET and access this information on your dashboard. It provides you with an insight into the traffic coming through your website which can be useful to understand not only who is visiting your site, but also how they are using your website. If you click on any of the details in this widget you will be taken to a dedicated Lead Forensics integration page.
This widget will limit the information shown to a salesperson, and give an Admin user full access to this integration.
MailChimp
If you have a Mailchimp account you can access your Mailchimp account data within SET. You will see a snapshot of your Mailchimp campaigns without having to leave the CRM. You can preview your Mailchimp campaigns directly from this dashboard widget. To access any further information, you can click on the details within this widget, at which point you will be taken to a dedicated integration page in SET.
Organisations Newsfeed
The Newsfeed is a TargetIn integration which matches up your organisations which its’ ever-growing database of recorded social media profiles, allowing you to keep an eye on the social media pages of your organisations in SET and make sure you keep up-to-date with the latest news surrounding your leads.
